We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Account Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks, record-keeping, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.

Support payroll processing and staff salary disbursement.

Reconcile accounts and manage bank transactions.

Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Handle vendor payments and school fee collection.

Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements / Specification

Requirements

10+2 cleared/Bachelor’s running in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply).

Proficiency in accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Basic knowledge of taxation and financial regulations.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
