Maintain daily accounting records, including income, expenses, purchases, payments, receipts and bank transactions.

Manage cash, petty cash, bank records, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables.

Verify invoices, bills and expense claims and maintain proper financial documentation.

Assist with payroll, VAT/TDS, tax documentation and statutory compliance.

Prepare monthly financial summaries, cash-flow updates and other reports for management.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other financial stakeholders.

Supervise daily office operations, attendance, leave records, office discipline and general administration.

Manage office supplies, stationery, utilities, maintenance and company assets.

Coordinate procurement, quotations, vendors, purchases and deliveries.

Maintain organized physical and digital records of financial, employee, procurement and company documents.

Maintain the company asset register and monitor assets issued to employees.

Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all company payments.

Report financial discrepancies, administrative issues and urgent requirements to management.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration.

Good knowledge of accounting principles, VAT/TDS and basic tax compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
