KFA Consulting, a subsidiary of KFA, has signed a contract with HBL Capital Ltd., a 100% Merchant Banking subsidiary of Himalayan Bank Ltd., for its overall management. In this regard, KFA is looking to hire following positions for deputation in HBL Capital. Successful candidates will be in KFA’s payroll.
1. Research & Development Department
a) HOD-Research & Development
This position will be instrumental in overall Research & Development activities relevant to Merchant/Investment Banking
Desired Qualification:
> Masters in Economics or MBA
> At least 3 years of relevant Research Experience will be preferred
2. Investment Banking Department
a) HOD- Investment Banking
This position will be responsible to drive Sales of Investment Banking Product like Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Mutual Funds along with leading the department.
Desired Qualification:
> MBA, preferably in Sales or Marketing
> At least 3 years of relevant experience in Merchant Banks.
b) Assistant- Investment Banking
Desired Qualification:
> Fresh Management Graduate with specialization and interest in sales, Hunger to work and drive sales.
3. Merchant Banking Department
a) HOD- Merchant Banking
This position will be responsible to lead Merchant Banking Division of the Bank.
Desired Qualification:
> MBA, preferably in Finance or Investments
> At least 3 years of relevant experience in Merchant Banks.
b) Assistant-Merchant Banking
Desired Qualification:
> Fresh management graduate with specialization and interest in Finance and/or Investments.
4. Finance & Administration Department
a) HOD – Finance & Administration Department
The role of this position is to handle overall Finance and Administration functions of the Bank.
Desired Qualification:
> MBA, Preferably in Finance
> At least 3 years of relevant experience
b) Assistant – Finance & Administration
Desired Qualification:
> Fresh management graduate with specialization and interest in Finance and/or Administration.
5. IT
a) Officer – IT
This position will be responsible in taking care of overall IT responsibilities of the Bank.
Desired Qualification:
> Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Management
> At least 2 years prior experience
6. Compliance/ KYC & Risk Control
b) Assistant – Compliance / KYC & Risk Control
The role of this position is to be involved in Compliance, KYC and Risk Control activities of the Bank.
Desired Qualification:
> Fresh management graduate with interest in the relevant functions.
7. Customer Service
a) Assistant Reception
Desired Qualification:
> Fresh management graduate with interest and relevant training in Customer Service.
