Job Description

  • Ensure cyclical P&C activities are completed including performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, KPIs, talent and engagement surveys. Including supporting. managers, communications and identifying issues in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that ‘HR Policy’ is updated after discussing with the P & C Managers including making any necessary communications to the business.
  • Support Associate P&C Manager in staff performance-related activities including performance management and terminations.
  • Ensure that HLE is up to date with all employment legislation.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with P&C activities.
  • Lead the staff 360 survey process for managers and future leaders including the communication, production of reports and identify points to be discussed with senior managers.
  • Build effective relationships with the business to partner with leaders to fully understand what is happening in their teams – be a trusted advisor.
  • Coach and support the P&C Assistants and support them to do their work effectively.
  • Making sure the onboarding and exit process are done smoothly for positive experience.
  • Ensuring employee personal records e.g recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases etc are communicated to the P&C Assistants and managed in HRIS.
  • Liaise with our clients, customers and/or relevant third party agencies as and when required.
  • Present consolidated reports of attendance to P&C managers to take necessary action.
  • To ensure that ‘Employee engagement survey’ is carried out and generate necessary reports. Identify trends and themes for communication.
  • To prepare and arrange for ‘Company Update’ every quarter.
  • To prepare HR report(Analytics) every month.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, non-negotiable. (including 1-hour lunch break)

*You will be working with us on a 1 year contract.
