Sales Development Associate

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree completed in any field but IT or computer science background are preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
Required skills/Competencies
- Excellent Communication in English both written & verbal.
- Familiar using tools like LinkedIn, Google Apps (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Problem-solving & Proactive personality.
- Ability to work independently & in a team with good time management skills.
- Ability to generate basic sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation for email campaigns
- Able to describe our tech products correctly and tackle questionnaire
- Research and create documentation of findings
- Identify, shortlist, develop and deliver actionable insights
- Create dashboards, reports, key metrics for tracking strategies
- Meets quotas and deadlines for daily tasks and research projects within established timeframes
- Manage and organize AEs work on a daily basis
- Deduce key components from company/prospect info to generate insights
- Compose business quality and highly personalized emails/snippets
- Develop a good understanding of business models in various industry types
Work Shifts
Evening: 1 PM to 10 PM
Night: 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM (females candidates are encouraged to apply)
