Job Description
- Analyze business model of clients and improve upon and create a streamlined concept documentation.
- Analyze financial and operational information and prepare analysis report.
- Prepare business plan for the purpose of acquisition of finance through either debt or equity.
- Prepare proposals for investment, restructuring, financing, and other advisory services.
- Negotiate with clients regarding terms of advisory services and services fees.
- Execute corporate advisory services as per the scope of work agreed upon with the clients.
- Ensure smooth execution of advisory services in coordination with the clients by holding/ participating in negotiation, entrance, coordination, and exit meetings.
- Solicit business for the function.
- Ensure regulatory reporting of the department with the regulator.
- Execute the establishment and operation of the PE/ VC function of the organization in coordination with the functional head.
- Carry out internal research and development projects for the organization and prepare reports and proposals for the same.
