“Landscape Analysis for Development of a Total Market Approach (TMA) to Family Planning in Nepal”
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian organization with a mission to work with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change. Across its worldwide network of 125 offices, ADRA has developed strong health expertise with a specific focus on community and first-line health facilities. ADRA has been active in Nepal since 1987 with health projects in 29 out of 77 districts. ADRA Nepal has been implementing “UNFPA Nepal Family Planning Project” (UNFPP) in 192 Health Facilities of 65 municipalities under strategic partnership agreement since 2016.
Thus, ADRA Nepal with the support from DFID/UNFPA is planning to carry out “Landscape Analysis for Development of a Total Market Approach (TMA) to Family Planning in Nepal”. The key objectives of assessing the performance of the current market are to: (1) identify the market strengths (2) identify where the market is failing to meet the target population’s needs focusing on adolescent girls and adolescent boys, (3) understand the key issues affecting sustained and equitable access to and use of contraceptive products and services and (4) engage relevant stakeholders to identify the most effective levers of change in support of a TMA.

Minimum requirements of applicant:
The scope of this Request for consultancy service requires an individual consultant to apply. The individual consultant must have master’s degree in Public Health, Reproductive Health, Social Sciences or relevant subject with at least multiple years of progressive responsibility in the field of public health, experiences in the field of family planning will be preferred.
