Job SummaryAs an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, debugging, and deploying Odoo modules. The role involves both new module development and customization of existing functionalities based on business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Description• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Utilize existing Odoo features efficiently to meet project requirements.• Handle change requests and resolve day-to-day issues in Odoo ERP.• Develop and maintain APIs for integration with external systems.• Write and execute unit test cases to ensure quality and reliability.• Support application deployment, maintenance, and post-production issues.• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.• Collaborate with users, analysts, and team members throughout the SDLC.• Stay updated with Odoo updates, development tools, and best practices.Job Specification• 2.5+ years of experience in Odoo development• Strong knowledge of Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)• Solid understanding of the Odoo framework and its core modules• Experience in custom module development and system customization• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, data models, and workflows• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript• Experience with Odoo frontend (XML, JavaScript, OWL components)• Knowledge of view customization (widgets, wizards, XML views, OWL)• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write SQL queries• Experience in writing unit tests• Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems• Knowledge of Git version control system• Familiarity with PEP 8 coding standards• Exposure to Docker and containerization is an advantage• Knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a teamHow to Apply:If you are passionate about Odoo development and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.Please send your updated CV to: [email protected]
