Position: Senior Assistant Level: Credit & Deposit Relationship / Branch Operations and Head Office Departments

Outside Kathmandu Valley:   Credit and Deposit Relationship : Birtamod / Biratnagar / Beltar / Gaighat / Ilam/ Kshieswor-Dhsnusha / Janakpur / Birgunj / Gausala- Mahittari / Bardaghat / Butwal / Tulsipur-Dang / jumla / Mahendranagar / Musikot -West Rukum / Bansgadhi – Bardiya / Kohalpur / Bauniya / Kalaiya / Hetauda / Narayangarh/ Palpa / Bafar / Chipledhunga and few other locations.

Expected Traits and Attributes

Candidates should have good knack on specialized banking job with strong leadership and communication skill and expected to be well versed with regulatory frameworks and industry practices. In case of sates functions, candidates should have proven track on business solicitation and expected to be target driven.

Minimum Qualification and Requirement:

• Senior Officer Level:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Economics with at least four years of relevant banking experience or Master’s Degree in the field of Business/Management/Economics with at least three years of relevant banking experience with age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline

• Officer Level :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/ Economics with at least three years of relevant banking experience or Master’s Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Economics with at least two years of relevant banking experience with age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline

• Junior Officer Level:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business Management/ Economics with at least 1.5 years of relevant banking experience with age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

• Assistant Level :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business Management/ Economics/ Rural Development/ Sociology/ with at least 1 years of experience in Micro Banking Sector with age not exceeding 26 years as on application deadline.

Candidate applying for above mention job positions should be currently working at least one level below the applied corporate position for at least one year.

Preference shall be given to candidates wiling to work in the locations/areas where the Bank has vacancy available . Local candidates or candidates from surrounding area will be given preference.
