The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality videos, leading creative projects, mentoring junior editors, and ensuring all video content meets the company's quality standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.

2. Lead video editing projects from concept to final delivery.

3. Collaborate with the creative, production, and client success teams to develop engaging visual content.

4. Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.

5. Enhance audio quality through mixing, noise reduction, and sound synchronization.

6. Perform color correction, color grading, and video optimization.

7. Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative standards.

8. Review and provide constructive feedback to junior video editors.

9. Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and editing workflows.

10. Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.

2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

3. Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Audition.

5. Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

6. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

7. Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
