About the Role

The Graphic Designer creates the visual content that carries NEC's brand across every student and public-facing touchpoint — social media creatives, print collateral, presentation templates, and campaign assets — working closely with our Marketing team to support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a minimum of 5 social media posts per day, aligned with the campaign calendar

• Produce print and digital collateral: brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and event materials

• Design branded templates for presentations and internal documents

• Edit photos and short videos from events and student testimonials for use across channels

• Maintain and evolve NEC's brand guidelines across all outputs

• Turn Marketing briefs into finished creative within agreed timelines

• Support Counselling and frontdesk teams with ad hoc visual requests

• Organise and archive design files and brand assets

What You'll Need

• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field — or a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva/InDesign a plus

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut) an advantage

• Strong sense of layout, typography, and colour

• Portfolio of prior design work required at application stage

• Comfortable working at volume — minimum 5 posts/day plus other design requests

• Team player — works well with Marketing and other departments

• Prior agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing experience is a plus, not mandatory

Job Details

• Location: NEC Office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Working Days: Sunday – Friday

• Salary: NPR 30,000 – 50,000/month, gross (subject to Nepal Social Security Fund rules)

• Contract: 1 year, with annual performance review and renewal
