Position: In-Charge Human Resource and Administration: (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager Level)

Required Qualification:

Master’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Studies / Management / Human Resource / Psychology or related field from recognized University with minimum 4 year’s experience in human resources department in banking/capital market companies and/or banking and or other related field. Age not exceeding 40 years as on deadline of application.

Common Requirements:

Should be familiar with laws and regulations of Securities Board of Nepal, Income Tax and other relevant regulations.
Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Nepali, excellent interpersonal and technical skills with the ability to maintain relationships as all levels.
High standards of professional and ethical conduct demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
